Want to Study in the European Union? Find out how at the European Village in Kyiv

This week on 26 and 27 June, the European Village in Ukraine is hosting EU-supported‘Study in Europe’ days showcasing study and research opportunities for Ukrainian students, teachers and scholars.
According to a press release from the EU Delegation in Ukraine, the two days are dedicated to discussions on exchange and cooperation in the fields of higher education and research.
EU-funded programmes and education programmes from EU member states provide manyopportunities for students and researchers across a wide range of sectors, the press release said, promoting partnerships between higher education institutions in the EU and its neighbouring countries, including Ukraine.
The ‘Study in Europe’ info-stands at the European Village demonstrate tips and practical instructions on how to find or choose a course, how to apply for EU scholarships and much more.
On Tuesday, June 26, a conference devoted to ‘Study in Europe: Bologna Process, Marie Curie, Erasmus Mundus and other EU study and research programmes’ will take place.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about scholarships, EU-funded educational programmes for Ukrainian students, graduates, researchers and higher education institutes, and what the Bologna Process can offer to Ukraine. Later on, it will be followed by a talk with Erasmus Mundus student alumni, who will provide first hand information and insights from their personal success stories on how to get a scholarship, what is it like to study in the EU and much more.
In the afternoon a separate session will be devoted to studies in EU Member states such as Austria, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
On Wednesday, June 27, a special session will run for educational programmes for students and researchers in cooperation with Germany.
The European Union is convinced of the value gained by creating bridges through study exchange and research programmes, and continues to increase its support for universities and students in its neighbourhood. (EU Neighbourhood Info)
