Frequently Asked Questions answered online at Black Sea Basin CBC website

The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme has launched a Frequently Asked Questions section on its website, targeted specifically at Applicants and Partners.

Issues tackled centre around the eligibility of applicants, partnerships, projects and costs. Information on how to fill in the application form is also provided.

According to the guidelines, further questions can also be sent in English before 15 September to the following e-mail: infocall@blacksea-cbc.net. Relevant answers will be published on the website.

The Programme recently launched a second call for proposals, with the deadline for submitting project proposals set for 30 September 2011. Replies to questions will therefore be given no later than 11 days before this deadline, and the Joint Managing Authority has no obligation to provide further clarifications after this date.

The Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme is one of the EU Cross-Border Cooperation programmes under the European Neighbourhood & Partnership Instrument (ENPI). The participating countries are Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Turkey, Ukraine, Romania, and Greece. (ENPI Info Centre)
