 The United Nations and the European Union have a long history of international cooperation in the area of development assistance, human rights, conflict prevention and crisis response. This publication takes stock of successful partnership and cooperation between the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU) in the Republic of Moldova from 2005 to 2011. This is a diverse and close cooperation benefitting the Moldovan people.
