A road-map for the development of bilateral relations between the EU and Morocco aiming to give body to Morocco’s ‘Advanced Status’ with the EU, bringing together a series of concrete proposals agreed by the two sides.  The actions and proposals listed cover the political, economic, financial, social and human dimensions of the relationship, as well as Morocco’s participation in certain EU programmes and agencies.
