A study providing a detailed analysis of the definition and situation of youth in Morocco, focusing on young people’s rights and entitlements as active citizens as well as the challenges they face, prepared in the framework of the EuroMed Youth III Programme, an EU-funded project which aims to promote intercultural dialogue among young people within the Euro-Mediterranean region, motivate active citizenship as well as contributing to the development of youth policy. The aim of this document is to become a reference tool which would give all stakeholders in the field of youth, as well as youth project organisers, an overview of the situation of young people and of provisions available for them in Morocco.
