الاستثمار في المتوسط

يمثل البرنامج شبكة أورومتوسطية تجمع المنظمات تعمل من أجل تشجيع الاستثمار وتسهيل التجارة وتعزيز العمل المشترك بين المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتبادل الممارسات السليمة.

الأهداف
يهدف المشروع إلى زيادة فاعلية الوكالات المتوسطية لتشجيع الاستثمار وتالياً تمكين المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في البلدان المتوسطية الشريكة. كما يدعم التنمية الاقتصادية لمنطقة المتوسط ويعزز التعاون بين وكالات تشجيع الاستثمارالأوروبية والمتوسطية.

ماذا يفعل؟
تغطي أنشطة المشروع ثلاثة مجالات هي: الدعم المؤسسي، وإنشاء شبكة وتشجيع الاستثمار في المنطقة. وتشارك حوالى 40 وكالة حكومية وشبكة دولية في هذا البرنامج. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، يعمل المشروع على تحسين صورة منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط عالمياً وظروف استقبال المستثمرين في البلدان الشريكة والممارسات. وانتقل البرنامج من تنظيم المعارض والندوات والدورات التدريبية والمؤتمرات إلى توفير المساعدة التقنية.

Actions in brief

·  تنظيم اجتماعات للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة العاملة في القطاع نفسه
·  تسهيل الصلات المؤسسية بين منظمات دعم الأعمال الأوروبية والمتوسطية.
·  عقد ورشات عمل إقليمية وما دون إقليمية متخصصة في الاستثمار (الممارسات السليمة) وتنظيم المؤتمرات.
·  تأدية مهمات المساعدة التقنية وتدريب المدربين في البلدان الجنوبية للآلية الأوروبية للجوار والشراكة.
·  تشجيع الترويج والإعلام ونشر النتائج
·  إعداد إستراتيجيات ودراسات وتوجيهات

EU Cooperation with Syria is currently suspended due to the political situation in the country; however, since in principle Syria is eligible for cooperation under the ENPI, activities may be taken up again once the situation improves.
