7th Edition of EuroMed Dialogue Award: Youth for change, social justice and shared development
12-06-2012
The Anna Lindh Foundation has invited its network members to nominate the best candidates for this year’s edition of the EuroMed DialogueAward launched under the theme ‘Youth for Change, Social Justice and a Shared Development’.
The annual Award, bestowed by the 42 Anna Lindh National Networks, recognises the achievements of individuals and organisations that have been at the forefront of promoting intercultural dialogue in the Euro-Mediterranean region.
The Award winner will receive the trophy at a prestigious ceremony and will later on participate in National Network events throughout the Euro-Mediterranean region.
Nominations must be presented by any member of the Anna Lindh Foundation National Networks in the 42 Euro-Med countries. However, nominated candidates do not have to be members of the National Networks.
The deadline for nominations is 30 July 2012.
The Anna Lindh Foundation for Inter-Cultural Dialogue promotes knowledge, mutual respect and inter-cultural dialogue between the people of the Euro-Mediterranean region, working through a network of more than 3,000 civil society organisations in 43 countries. Its budget is co-funded by the EU (€7 million) and the EU member states (€6 million). (EU Neighbourhood Info)
