La Libye n’a pas besoin d’argent mais d’expertise
La priorité de l’Union Européenne est d’aider les Libyens à instaurer une société démocratique qui fonctionne normalement. « Certes, nous dégageons des fonds pour la Libye, mais ce dont ce pays a besoin avant tout, c’est d’expertise ». C’est ce qu’ont expliqué Andrew Jacobs et Fabienne Bessonne lors d’une interview sur l’assistance à la Libye accordée à l’European Neighbourhood Info Centre dans les locaux de la DG EuropeAid de la Commission européenne.
