Reportage Femise - L’épargne nationale reste insuffisante pour opérer une véritable convergence

Pour Jean-Louis Reiffers, le président du comité scientifique et coordonateur du Femise, la crise a fait perdre deux points de croissance aux pays du sud de la Méditerranée. C’est nettement moins qu’en Europe, mais l’état des finances publiques de la région impose désormais de mieux prendre en compte la rentabilité des projets de modernisation.
 
Ceci est une interview réalisée par FEMISE, un projet de trois ans financé par l'UE avec un budget de €4 millions, qui vise à contribuer au renforcement du dialogue sur les questions économiques et financières dans le partenariat euro-méditerranéen, dans le cadre de la Politique européenne de voisinage et l'Union pour la Méditerranée.
