Deadline extended for EU photo competition in Lebanon

The EU Delegation to Lebanon has announced the extension of the deadline for participation in the EU photo competition on "Climate Change and Environment in Lebanon" until 16 August.
 
A press release saidthe competition was open to amateur photographers residing in Lebanon and aged between 18 and 25 years to testify, through their entries, on the harmful impact of the action of man on the environment in Lebanon.
 
Photos will be judged on artistic merit, technical excellence and originality, as well as on the personal vision of the photographer with regard to the influence of man on his environment.
 
Prizes will be awarded for the best three photos:
·          1st prize: € 1000 
·          2nd prize : € 750
·          3rd prize : € 500
