EU-funded events set to promote cultural heritage in the Occupied Palestinian Territory

The Euromed Heritage (EH) Info Days in the Old City of Jerusalem on 20 June 2012 will host a presentation of the Arabic Manuscripts Digital Library of Jerusalem to the public and a review of all the actions taken within the framework of the Euromed Heritage IV programme. The presentation will be made in the presence of the European Union Representative to the West Bank and the Gaza Strip , Mr. John Gatt-Rutter. Another major event will be organised by Euromed Heritage the following day. On 21 June. there will be a public conference on the theme of ‘Heritage and Development’ followed by a few presentations of the EH projects’ achievements as well as the inauguration of exhibitions created or published within the Euromed-Heritage IV programme framework, the ‘Manumed’ exhibitions and the ‘Crossing viewpoints’ photo exhibition.
