€350 000 forecast notice for 'Partnership for peace' programme communication and visibility

The European Commission has published a €350 000 forecast notice for a service contract for communication and visibility for the EU 'Partnership for peace' programme under the referenceEuropeAid/131044/C/SER/Multi.
 
The consultant is required to produce a 2-year communication strategy promoting the impact and work of the EU 'Partnership for peace' programme and to ensure that there is coherence among the communication strategies of the individual projects. As part of this strategy the consultant is required to execute a number of specific activities which will include but not be limited to: public diplomacy initiatives, productions of communication materials, holding of press conferences, supporting project managers to develop their respective project-related communication plans.
