Programme régional de communication

Le Programme régional de communication, mis en œuvre de 2011 à 2014 avec un budget global de 14 millions d’euros, vise à améliorer la connaissance de l'Union européenne et de sa politique de voisinage. Le programme contribue à faire mieux comprendre les politiques menées par l'Union, et à mettre en évidence ses actions de coopération menées dans la région. Le programme travaille à l’établissement de réseaux de communication durables, et vise à renforcer la capacité et les compétences des journalistes dans le domaine des affaires européennes. Il fait suite à une phase précédente du Programme régional d'information et de communication.
 
Les pays participants au programme sont: l'Algérie, l'Égypte, Israël, la Jordanie, le Liban, la Libye, le Maroc, les Territoires palestiniens occupés, la Syrie et la Tunisie pour la région du sud ; l’Arménie, l’Azerbaïdjan, la Biélorussie, la Géorgie, la Moldavie, la Russie et l’Ukraine pour la région de l’est.
